The manufacture of Heinrich Dinkelacker is situated in the Budapest Centre and one of the last traditional shoe-factories in Europe. Almost 40 shoemaker masters manufacture welted shoes in highest quality. The philosophy of Heinrich Dinkelacker is to keep the very old production of unique European footwear tradition.
Over 300 handmade steps are necessary to complete a traditional Budapester shoe and all in all it takes about eight hours of handwork to produce one pair before the finish product undergoes its final inspection.
The classic Budapest Rio Shoes are produced in a lot of individual steps with different kind of highest quality materials. Every shoe is stamped with an inspection number and hand-signed by the master craftsman before it is ready to go to the customer.
These facts fulfil the philosophy of a high quality material and durable shoe in a grand style.
Character of Handmade RIO Leather Shoes
Please have some patience because it may take a short time until they will cover your feet and fit supremely. After wearing leather shoes they usual need about 24 hours on shoe trees to recover completely.
Approximately 700 pairs of shoes at maximum are leaving the manufactory monthly. Choosing possibilities are of more than 10 different border forms, the variety exceeds 10 models and 20 various leather types as well as 15 shoe fittings combined with various widths thus creating each shoe unique.
